Records of Fluvanna County, Virginia1813 Deed - (section 74) a deed of trust (copy made by John Timberlake), 1815, of David Ross to Jacob Myers, William Pasteur, and Frederick Augustus Ross for the benefit of Elizabeth Maria (Bancroft) Ross Barrett and Anna Maria (Ross) Johnson for 1,500 acres in Fluvanna County, Virginia (witnessed by William Roper and James Shepherd and bears affidavits of James Currin, John Johnson, John PRYOR, and Thomas Ritchie, and a schedule of slaves belonging to David Ross). Line 3: Isham Jefferson 100011101000 (Isham Randolph Jefferson, son of John Randolph Jefferson (brother of President Thomas Jefferson). 2nd wife of John Randolph Jefferson was Mitchie Pryor of Buckingham County, VA. Isham probably died in 1862 in Todd Co., KY, an obit published in Memphis Daily Appeal, 19 Aug 1862)

1835 Chancery Court Case filed in Fluvanna County - Martha Louisa Quarles vs Mary Pryor Quarles et al. Martha Louisa Quarles an "infant" daughter of Garret M Quarles. She was one of two children (names another daughter Mary Pryor Quarles) who were heirs of Pryor Quarles, decd. Robert Quarles, decd, was Martha's grandfather. Dispute over division of land. (Robert Quarles married Patsey Minor, their sons were Pryor and Garret. Parents of Robert Quarles were James Quarles and Mary Pryor, sister of Maj. John Pryor of Richmond, VA)
